Coaching Clients with ADHD Course (Coaching in Practice Series 2027)
Coaching Clients with ADHD is a six-hour professional development course exploring how coaches can support clients with ADHD in understanding their individual strengths, needs, patterns, and ways of working while creating coaching relationships grounded in curiosity, autonomy, and respect for neurodivergent experiences.
Across three live, interactive sessions, you’ll explore foundational concepts related to ADHD and neurodiversity; learn alongside guest expert Kerry Mandulak; and reflect on and practice coaching approaches that support clients in navigating attention, motivation, organization, time, energy, and follow-through in ways that work for them.
The course is designed to help you move beyond one-size-fits-all approaches to productivity and accountability while supporting clients in recognizing their strengths, understanding their needs, and experimenting with strategies and environments that align with their goals.
Each course includes three live sessions featuring foundational learning, a guest expert conversation, and integration and coaching practice.
The course includes 6 hours of live instruction and is currently pending approval for 6 ICF CCE credits (5 Core Competency + 1 Resource Development).
